ACCOMMODATION:

The fully air-conditioned mini villa (bedroom and main room) can accommodate 2 to 4 people and provides access to its private heated pool, open from April to October, with its waterfall and night lighting, adding a touch of beauty and relaxation at sunset.
Bed linen + towels, welcome kit, and fiber optic Wi-Fi included.

It is composed as follows:
=> an air-conditioned main room with sea view (shutters on the French windows) with an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, etc.), a sitting area with sofa, wall-mounted TV
=> an air-conditioned bedroom with sea view (shutters on the French windows) with a 160x190 cm bed
=> a shower room with sink unit, shower, toilet, towel dryer, etc.
=> A large terrace with garden furniture: picnic table and benches, deck chairs, relaxation area with swimming pool and heated waterfall at the beginning and end of the season, sun loungers, outdoor shower. All with a magnificent view of the sea, scrubland, and relaxation.

A garden with Mediterranean plants, a petanque court and a green space, garden furniture, barbecue and picnic table complete this property.
A petanque court further down (accessed by stairs) on the sea view grounds is available for moments of fun and sharing with friends.
