Conciergerie, presents this semi-detached mini villa, type T2, for 4 people + 1 baby, measuring 33 m², with air conditioning in the main room and a 10 m² terrace offering a peaceful setting with a magnificent sea view. Our concierge service is available if needed during your stay.

The neighborhood

The mini villa with garden view is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence, with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, and pétanque. It is ideally located in the residence for a combination of calm and relaxation.

Accommodation

Pets are accepted for an additional fee of €11/night if they are clean and respectful of the accommodation.
The villa comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard and a hallway leading to:
=> a bedroom with a view of the garden, a 140x190 double bed and a cupboard,
=> a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink unit, a mirror and a towel dryer
=> a separate toilet,
=> a kitchen with a window overlooking the sea and garden, fully fitted and equipped (hob, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
=> a living room with sea view and French windows opening onto the terrace and gardens, comprising a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, coffee table, dining table, 4 chairs, air conditioning, ample storage space, Wi-Fi,
=> A terrace shaded by a pergola with a superb sea view, where you can relax on deck chairs or enjoy your meal at the table and chairs, and its plancha grill.

Guest access

Entry is via a key box system with our concierge company, which will be available if needed during your stay.
Free parking at the entrance to the residence.
Cupabia beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked path.
Restaurants are located just outside the residence.
Shops, restaurants, and water sports are 5 minutes away by car (Porto Pollo).

Transportation

By plane from Ajaccio, 1 hour by car, or by ferry to Propriano, 30 minutes by car.

Other things to note

A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast in the residence parking lot during high season.
Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation.
A digital book in mobile format will be available in the living room, providing information on outings, activities, practical information, and must-see addresses.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Minimum rental of 5 consecutive nights.
