Conciergerie, presents this 62 m² duplex with sea views and a terrace for 4 people, offering a peaceful setting and breathtaking views of Cupabia Bay and its magnificent sunsets for a successful stay. Our concierge service is available throughout your stay should you require anything.

The neighborhood

Southern Corsica, in a small, semi-pedestrianized family residence***, far from the crowds and noise, nestled between the sea (Cupabia Bay, a Natura 2000 site) and 6 hectares of scrubland, with a heated swimming pool (with a beach area for children) at the beginning and end of the season, mini golf, children's playground, pétanque and basketball courts. Accommodation

Ground floor duplex apartment with sea view for 4 people, west-facing with magnificent sunsets over the bay, quiet location, air-conditioned, glazed room and 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
=> a terrace with a relaxation area with large garden furniture for meals or aperitifs with a magnificent sea view or sunsets.
On the ground floor:
=> an entrance to the large main room with a magnificent sea view thanks to a large bay window, composed of a fixed sofa, coffee table, storage space, and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning,
=> a living area with a bar table and comfortable high chairs,
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living area (refrigerator, microwave, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
=> a dressing room with storage space and hangers, a convenient space for your beach equipment and empty suitcases,
=> a shower room with a towel dryer, sink unit, lighted mirror, shower, and storage cabinet,
=> a separate toilet adjoining the bathroom.
Upstairs, accessed by the staircase:
=> a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, bedside tables, skylight, closet, reversible air conditioning,
=> a bedroom with a window overlooking the main room with a 160x190 cm bed and bedside tables.
=> hallway with storage space.

Guest access

info: in case of late arrival or early departure, a key box system is available for self check-in for your convenience.

Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the residence (you can drive up to the accommodation on the day of departure and arrival to unload your luggage).

Direct access on foot (25 minutes) for experienced hikers via the trail to Cupabia beach and the many coves bordering the bay, or 5 minutes by car.

Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
You will find restaurants just outside the residence.
Porto Pollo (5 minutes) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, activities, water sports (boat, paddleboard, jet ski, and diving rentals, etc.).

Getting around

Propriano (20 minutes) if arriving by ferry.
Ajaccio (60 minutes) if arriving by plane or ferry.

Other things to note

Towels and bed linen with beds made on arrival are included in your booking, as well as final cleaning (excluding restoration).

A staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs. If required for young children, we offer an optional stair gate for your convenience.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. If you wish, you can find our other pet-friendly accommodations in the same residence.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts during high season!

A digital arrival book detailing your welcome and comfort during your stay, as well as tips and numerous addresses, will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival.
