The neighborhood

The garden‑view mini‑villa is located in a semi‑pedestrian *** residence with stunning sea views, a Mediterranean landscaped park, a heated pool from April to October with children’s area, mini‑golf, playground and pétanque. A small nearby parking area provides comfort for guests with limited mobility or with a baby.

The accommodation

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €11/night.
The villa includes an entrance with a large closet and a hallway leading to:
=> a bedroom area with garden view and a 140×190 double bed,
=> a bathroom with bathtub, sink unit, mirror and toilet,
=> a kitchen with a garden‑view window, fully fitted and equipped (hob, large fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker…),
=> a living room with French doors opening onto the terrace and garden under a century‑old olive tree, featuring a sofa bed for 2, flat‑screen TV, coffee table, dining table, 4 chairs, air conditioning,
=> a shaded terrace with pergola and its century‑old olive tree, perfect for relaxing on deckchairs or enjoying meals at the table with benches, plus a barbecue.

Check‑in is via a key box system, with our concierge service available if needed during your stay.
Free parking at the entrance of the residence.
Cupabia Beach (Natura 2000), with fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot via a marked trail.
Restaurants are located at the exit of the residence.
Shops, restaurants and water activities are 5 minutes by car (Porto Pollo).

Getting around

Arrival by plane from Ajaccio (1 hour by car) or by ferry to Propriano (30 minutes by car).

Other things to note

A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 to 8:15 in high season on the residence’s parking area.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A digital welcome book (mobile version) is available in the living room with activities, outings, practical information and must‑see addresses.
