A.T.S. Conciergerie presents this tastefully renovated and decorated apartment, located in a 3‑star residence between the sea (within walking distance) and the maquis. The residence offers a heated pool at the beginning and end of the season, mini‑golf, pétanque courts, a basketball court, and a children’s playground. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The accommodation

Pets allowed with a supplement if clean and well-behaved, with a supplement of €11/night.
This comfortable 39 m² one‑bedroom apartment with a 10 m² terrace overlooking the maquis accommodates up to 6 guests. It is fully equipped (Wi‑Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, large refrigerator, plancha, etc.).
It is arranged as follows:

A terrace with maquis view, quiet and without overlooking, equipped with chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs, and a plancha for your relaxing moments and meals.

A glass door and sliding bay window leading to the air‑conditioned living area, including:
-> A cosy lounge area with two sofa beds (2×2 people), coffee table, flat‑screen TV, Wi‑Fi
-> A dining area with table, chairs, and large sideboard
-> A brand‑new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hood, oven, microwave, hob, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) for absolute comfort

A bedroom with a double bed (made upon arrival), two bedside tables with lamps, a window, a large sliding wardrobe, radiator, fan, and chest of drawers in a warm atmosphere

A separate toilet

A bathroom with bathtub, sink unit and mirror, washing machine, radiator, hairdryer, and storage unit. Towels are provided.

Neighbourhood

The accommodation is located 1 minute on foot from the heated pool (early and late season) and all residence activities (mini‑golf, children’s play area, 2 pétanque courts, basketball court).

The 6‑hectare residence is family‑friendly, semi‑pedestrian, quiet, and far from noise and crowds. It is highly appreciated for its green spaces, maquis, and its incredible sea view over Cupabia Bay (Natura 2000 site), accessible on foot in 20 minutes (as well as many coves) for good walkers, or 3 minutes by car for the nearest beaches.

In high season, a bakery service offers pastries for your breakfast from 7:30 to 8:15.

Restaurants and the post office are a 5‑minute walk away, as well as many hiking trails starting right outside the residence.
An ideal location to discover Southern Corsica and its many activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits...).
Porto Pollo (5 minutes by car) offers a harbour, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, and water activities.

Free, non‑assigned parking outside the residence.
Entry via key box for complete autonomy.

Getting around

Propriano (20 minutes away) if arriving by ferry, and Ajaccio (60 minutes away) if arriving by plane or ferry.
