The neighborhood

Located in South Corsica, in a small semi‑pedestrian family residence ***, far from the crowds and noise, nestled between the sea (Cupabia Bay, Natura 2000 site) and 6 hectares of maquis. The residence features a heated swimming pool (with a shallow beach area for children) from May to October, mini‑golf, a children’s playground, pétanque and basketball courts. Beaches and many coves accessible on foot.
Direct access on foot (25 minutes) for experienced walkers via a trail leading to Cupabia Beach and the many coves along the bay, or by car in just 5 minutes.

The Accommodation

This beautiful 25 m² one‑bedroom apartment, fully renovated, air‑conditioned, and equipped for 3/4 guests (washing machine, dishwasher, AC, Wi‑Fi…), is arranged as follows:

A living room (opening onto a terrace with sliding glass doors) including an entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, hood, 2‑burner induction hob), a dining area, and a lounge area with a sofa‑bed (sleeps 2), coffee table, and smart TV.

A bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, lighting, and TV.

A bathroom with large sink and cabinet, towel warmer, wall‑hung toilet, and fully tiled shower.

A terrace with parasol, table, and chairs.

The accommodation is located in front of a small parking area with about 3 spaces, offering extra convenience for unloading your vehicle before returning to the main parking lot.

Other things to note

Towels and bed linen (beds made on arrival) are included in your booking, as well as final cleaning (excluding deep cleaning).
For late arrivals or early departures, a key box system is available for autonomous check‑in.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence’s parking area from 7:30 to 8:15 during high season.

A digital welcome booklet with all useful information, recommendations, and local addresses will be available in the accommodation upon arrival.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Ideal location to visit South Corsica and enjoy many activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits…).
Restaurants are located right outside the residence.
Porto Pollo (5 minutes) offers a marina, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, and water activities (boat, paddleboard, windsurf or jet‑ski rentals, diving…).
