The neighborhood

The mini villa with garden view is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence, offering a magnificent sea view, a park with Mediterranean plants, a heated swimming pool from April to October with a children's beach, mini golf, a playground, and pétanque.

Accommodation

The villa consists of an entrance hall with built-in wardrobe and a hallway leading to the following rooms:
=> a spacious bedroom with French doors to the garden, double bed (5'3" x 6'3"), and built-in wardrobe (possibility of adding a cot or fold-away bed (3'3" x 6'3") for a fifth person).
=> a bathroom with bathtub, sink, and mirror.
=> a furnished and equipped kitchen with window (stove, refrigerator, microwave, hot plates, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...)
=> a living room with various views of the terrace and gardens, consisting of a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a dining table, 4 chairs, and a large wardrobe.
=> a separate bathroom
=> a terrace shaded by a pergola where you can relax in the garden lounge and enjoy your meals at the table with 4 chairs, deck chairs, etc.

Guest access

Entry is via a key box system with our concierge company, which will be available if needed during your stay.
Free parking at the entrance to the residence.
Cupabia beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked path.
Restaurants at the exit of the residence.
Shops, restaurants, and water sports activities are 5 minutes away by car (Porto Pollo).

Transport

By plane from Ajaccio, 1 hour by car, or by ferry to Propriano, 30 minutes by car.

Other things to note

A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast in the residence car park during high season.

Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation.

A digital book in mobile format will be available in the living room, providing information on outings, activities, practical information, and must-see addresses.

Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
