The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in southern Corsica, in a small, semi-pedestrianized family residence, far from the crowds and noise, nestled between the sea (Cupabia Bay, a Natura 2000 site) and 6 hectares of scrubland. It features a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season (with a beach area for children), free deckchairs, mini golf, a children's playground, and pétanque and basketball courts. Beaches and numerous coves are within walking distance...
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts!

Accommodation:

The air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people (+ baby bed available with the baby kit option) and offers a magnificent sea view from the new 30m² exotic wood terrace, the main room and even the bedroom. It faces west, offering beautiful sunsets over the bay in a peaceful setting.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
=> entrance into an air-conditioned living room with sea view and bay window opening onto the terrace, comprising a lounge area (sofa bed, TV, coffee table, Wi-Fi, etc.), a dining area (table and chairs), and at the back a fitted and equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, etc. )
=> a large bedroom with a sea view through its large sliding window (possibility of adding a travel cot), a large sliding wardrobe, double bed 160x190 with new hotel-quality bedding.
=> a separate toilet.
=> a spacious shower room (shower + vanity unit and mirror).

The 30m² terrace provides a relaxation area (outdoor corner sofa, deck chairs, armchairs, and a dining area with table and chairs for 6 guests with a magnificent view of the sea and the garden filled with Mediterranean plants.

Note:

Available in the accommodation: pétanque balls and children's mini golf clubs.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, out of respect for the property.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included in the rental price.
An arrival book, which you will receive via a mobile app, detailing your welcome and comfort during your stay, as well as advice and numerous addresses, will be available in the property upon your arrival.

Guest access

Info: a key box system is available for independent arrival and departure, and a concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay to ensure it is unforgettable.
Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the residence (it is possible to park in front of the accommodation if spaces are available).
Direct access on foot (30 minutes) for experienced hikers via the path to Cupabia beach and the many coves bordering the bay, or 5 minutes by car.
Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Figari (1 hour 15 minutes), Bonifacio, Propriano (30 minutes), Ajaccio (1 hour), Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
You will find restaurants just outside the residence.

Getting around

Porto Pollo (5 minutes) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, activities, water sports (boat, paddleboard, jet ski and scooter rentals, diving, etc.).
Propriano (20 minutes) if arriving by ferry
Ajaccio (60 minutes) if arriving by plane
