Our agency, A.T.S. Conciergerie, presents this large, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment measuring 42 m² on the ground floor with a 12 m² terrace shaded by olive trees (a much-appreciated feature) in a 3-star residence with a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season, complete with a children's pool and deckchairs.
A concierge service is available throughout your stay and offers paid options such as baby kits, beach umbrellas, beach games, grocery delivery, etc., as well as many other services if desired.

The neighborhood

Pets allowed: Only clean dogs kept on a leash are allowed (maximum 1 pet per accommodation, with a supplement of €11/night).
This accommodation is located not far from the swimming pool, basketball court, and pétanque court.
It is also just two minutes from the children's playground and mini golf course.
It is therefore quiet and relaxing.
The sea is a 30-minute walk away (as are numerous coves) or an eight-minute drive.
The residence is a modest size, nestled between the scrubland and the sea (with sea views from almost the entire residence).
The architecture of the properties, mainly built of stone, blends in with the surrounding scrubland.
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts in high season.
There are restaurants just outside the residence, as well as numerous walking trails.
Porto-Pollo (5 minutes by car) has restaurants right on the beach, local shops, a pharmacy, a water sports center, and more.
There are many cultural, sporting, and discovery sites to explore in the region.

Accommodation

This apartment (prepared with bed linen + towels + shower mat and dish towel included in the reservation) is laid out as follows:
=> a large 22m² living room with a view of the terrace and garden
=> a lounge area with a new sofa bed for two people (12cm thick high-density mattress), flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
=> a dining area with table and chairs
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen area (hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.)
=> a hallway leading to:
=> a large bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and hair dryer, laundry basket, first aid kit for minor injuries
=> a separate toilet
=> a large bedroom with a new high-quality double mattress and large closet (baby cot can be added)
=> a 12 m² terrace with garden furniture, relaxation area and a large 3-meter parasol.

Other things to note

A welcome book will be provided in the accommodation, offering lots of advice and useful addresses to help you make the most of your stay.

Smoking is not permitted.

Guest access

Free parking is available at the entrance to the residence. However, you may drive into the residence on the day of your arrival and departure to unload and load your vehicle.
A key box is available for late arrivals or early departures.

Getting around

Propriano is 30 minutes away by car if arriving by ferry, or 1 hour from Ajaccio (plane and ferry).
