The neighborhood

The property is located in southern Corsica, in a small, semi-pedestrianized family residence, far from the crowds and noise, nestled between the sea (Cupabia Bay, a Natura 2000 site) and 6 hectares of scrubland, with a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season (with a beach area for children), free deckchairs available, mini golf, a children's playground, and pétanque and basketball courts. The accommodation

The mini villa, semi-detached on one side, is air-conditioned, has one bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
=> entrance hall with a closet where the washing machine is located, serving:
=> a bedroom with a view of the garden from its window. Double bed and bedside table + closet
=> a shower room (shower, vanity unit, lighted mirror, towel dryer, etc.)
=> a separate toilet.
=> an air-conditioned living room with a view of the terrace and garden, comprising a sitting area (160 x 190 cm sofa bed, TV, coffee table, Wi-Fi, etc.), a dining area (table and chairs), large refrigerator + freezer compartment, plenty of storage space.
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, oven, hob, etc.)
The terrace with its pergola and plancha grill provides a relaxing space with deck chairs and a dining area for four guests.

Other things to note

For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included in the rental price.
The accommodation does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted.
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day during high season in the residence parking lot from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts!
An arrival book, which you will receive via a mobile app, detailing your welcome and comfort during your stay, as well as tips and numerous addresses, will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival.

Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the residence.

Direct access on foot (30 minutes) for experienced hikers via the trail to Cupabia beach and the many coves bordering the bay, or 5 minutes by car.

Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Figari (1 hour 15 minutes), Bonifacio, Propriano (30 minutes), Ajaccio (1 hour), Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).

Porto Pollo (5 minutes) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, activities, water sports (boat, paddleboard, jet ski, and diving rentals, etc.).
