The neighborhood

A small, renovated gem at an affordable price where you can enjoy a comfortable stay, ideally located in Ajaccio to avoid city traffic. A 5-minute walk from the sea and shops, a 10-minute walk from shops and the cable car, and a 15-minute walk from the old port.

Accommodation:

The air-conditioned apartment with sea view and Wi-Fi, fully renovated, measuring 40 m² with a 10 m² terrace, offers a modern and comfortable setting for 4 people. It includes:
=> an entrance hall with a key box for flexible access, two large sliding wardrobes with hanging space, and an intercom.
=> A separate wall-mounted toilet is available.
=> The master suite consists of a bedroom with a sliding wardrobe, reversible air conditioning, a new 140x190 bed with a new mattress, bedside tables, a window with a sea view and roller shutters, as well as an open bathroom with a sink unit, walk-in shower with massage jets, hairdryer, washing machine, and mirror.
=> The air-conditioned main room, with sea view, has a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hood, three-burner induction hob, plenty of storage space, Krups coffee maker and classic coffee maker), a dining area with table and four chairs, and a living room with a new sofa bed and mattress, television, TV cabinet, Wi-Fi, and large bay window with roller shutter opening onto

An added bonus and rare in this area: free parking is available in the residence.

The terrace is well located, but is close to a road, which may cause some noise disturbance.

Getting around

Ideally located (4 minutes by car from the airport, 10 minutes from the port, 5 minutes from shops, and 5 minutes on foot from beaches), this apartment allows you to enjoy all the activities and proximity for a comfortable stay. It is also a few minutes' walk from the new and fabulous Ajaccio cable car connecting the seaside to the center of all shops and the hospital.
Bus lines are close to the accommodation, allowing you to leave your car behind during your stay or for occupants without a driver's license.
