Accommodation

This comfortable, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment (40.60 m²) for 4 to 5 people (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, large refrigerator, plancha grill, etc.) is composed as follows:
=> a terrace equipped with chairs, table, parasol, deck chairs, and plancha grill for relaxing and dining,
=> an entrance hall leading to the following rooms:
=> a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and lights, a window, a large sliding wardrobe, a radiator, a fan (bed made on arrival).
=> a separate toilet,
=> a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and mirror cabinet, a washing machine, a radiator, laundry basket, coat hooks, hair dryer, etc.
=> An air-conditioned living room (opening onto the terrace through a large bay window) with a fitted and equipped kitchen area (large refrigerator + freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, extractor hood, 2-burner stove, etc.).
=> a dining area with a table and chairs,
=> a lounge area with a new sofa bed (sleeps 2), a new armchair bed (sleeps 1), a coffee table and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, books, games, etc.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located near a parking lot with approximately three spaces, a one-minute walk from the heated pool (at the beginning and end of the season) and all the activities on the residence (mini golf, children's play area, two pétanque courts, basketball court).

The 6-hectare residence is family-friendly, semi-pedestrianized, far from noise and crowds. It is highly appreciated for its green spaces, scrubland, and incredible sea view over Cupabia Bay (a Natura 2000 site), accessible on foot in 20 minutes (as well as numerous coves) for good walkers, or 3 minutes by car for the nearest beaches.

In high season, a bakery service offers pastries for breakfast from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m.

Restaurants and the post office are a 5-minute walk away, as are numerous hiking trails right outside the residence.
Ideal location for exploring southern Corsica and its many activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
Porto Pollo (5 minutes away by car) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, water sports, and more.

Guest access

Free parking outside the residence, not assigned and free of charge.
Entrance via key box for complete independence.

Getting around

Provenza (located 20 minutes away) if arriving by ferry, and Ajaccio (located 60 minutes away) if arriving by plane or ferry.
