Our agency, A.T.S. Conciergerie, presents this large, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi-equipped one-bedroom apartment measuring 39 m² (416 ft²), suitable for four people and one baby, located on the ground floor with a large, quiet terrace measuring 12 m² (130 ft²).
Our concierge service is available should you need anything during your stay.

The accommodation

It comprises:
=> an entrance hall with glass door and bay window opening onto the main room, giving access to the terrace.
=> a living area with a sofa (sleeps 140x200), coffee table and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, with access to the terrace via large sliding glass doors,
=> a dining area with table and chairs, reversible air conditioning,
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, etc.).
=> a hallway leading to:
=> a large bathroom with bathtub, sink, mirror
=> a separate toilet
=> a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, sliding wardrobe, fan. Its window overlooks the terrace and garden.

The terrace has a dining area with a plancha grill, table and chairs, and a relaxation area with a parasol and deck chairs.

The neighborhood

It is located in a *** residence surrounded by Mediterranean trees in a quiet area, and has a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season, a basketball court, pétanque court, mini golf, children's playground...
Residence with sea and mountain views. The nearest beaches and coves are within walking distance (30-minute walk).
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast!
Restaurants, hiking trails, etc. are 50 meters from the residence.
Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
You will find restaurants just outside the residence.
Porto Pollo (5 minutes away) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, activities, water sports (boat, paddleboard, jet ski and scooter rentals, diving, etc.).

Guest access

A key box is available for early departures or late arrivals.
Free parking at the entrance to the residence (you can unload your vehicle in front of the accommodation on arrival and departure).

A welcome book will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival, offering you a range of things to discover in the region: restaurants, beaches, hikes, places to visit, etc.
Baby kits, mini golf clubs, beach games, etc. are available on request and at an additional cost.
Cleaning + bed linen (beds made on arrival) + towels included in the booking for added comfort.

Propriano (20 minutes) if arriving by ferry.
