The neighborhood

It is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, and pétanque.
Cupabia Beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked path.
Restaurants are located just outside the residence.
Shops, restaurants, and water sports are 5 minutes away by car (Porto Pollo).

Accommodation

Pets are welcome if they are clean and respectful of the accommodation, with a supplement of €11/night.
Very pretty mini two-room villa measuring 42m² with a 10m² terrace for 4 people + 1 baby, air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi, highly appreciated for its comfort and quality.
The villa comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a hallway leading to:
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.) with a window overlooking the terrace on the relaxation side.
=> a bedroom with a window overlooking the gardens, comprising a 140x190 double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, fan and closet (possibility of adding a cot).
=> a living area with a large bay window overlooking the terrace and gardens, comprising a new 2-seater sofa bed, a flat-screen smart TV and a coffee table.
=> A living area with a dining table and four chairs.
=> A new shower room with a spacious walk-in shower, towel dryer, sink unit, lighted mirror, and hair dryer.
=> A separate toilet.
=> A terrace shaded by a pergola where you can relax and enjoy your meals, with a table and four chairs, a large plancha grill, and a relaxation area with deck chairs and a coffee table surrounded by greenery.
