A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts in high season!

Accommodation

Pets allowed: Only clean dogs on a leash are allowed (maximum 1 pet per accommodation with a supplement of €11/night).
Towels and bed linen with beds made on arrival are included in your booking, as well as final cleaning (excluding repairs).
Wheelchair-accessible apartment with sea view on the ground floor for 4 people and a baby, facing west with magnificent sunsets over the bay, quiet, well-equipped, air-conditioned & Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, small terrace.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
=> Entrance to the accommodation via a small private terrace with sea view, table, chairs, deckchairs, and clothesline.
=> Entrance to a large main room with a lounge area overlooking the sea through the glass entrance door, composed of a sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and reversible air conditioning.
=> A living area with a chest of drawers, table and chairs.
=> A fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living area (refrigerator, microwave, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.).
=> a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe (possibility of adding a travel cot on request and at an additional cost),
=> a storage cupboard,
=> a large shower room with a washing machine, cupboard, shower, sink and mirror unit, hair dryer, toilet and built-in cupboard.

Other things to note

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, out of respect for the environment.
A digital welcome book detailing your welcome and comfort during your stay, as well as advice and numerous addresses, will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival.

Guest access

info: in case of late arrival or early departure, a key box system is available for a self-service arrival for your convenience.
Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the residence (you can drive up to the accommodation on the day of departure and arrival to unload your luggage). For people with reduced mobility, parking is available very close to the accommodation.
Direct access on foot (25 minutes) for experienced hikers via the trail to Cupabia beach and the many coves bordering the bay, or 8 minutes by car.
Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
Just outside the residence, you will find restaurants, a post office, a hairdresser, a small market in high season, and numerous hiking trails.
Porto Pollo (5 minutes) with its port, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beaches, and water sports activities (boat, paddleboard, jet ski, and diving rentals, etc.).
