The accommodation

In a quiet area, away from city‑center noise, this independent and spacious 70 m² garden‑level villa is fully air‑conditioned (living room and bedroom). It features a private 48 m² sea‑view terrace with two outdoor lounges, a dining area and a plancha grill.
This large one‑bedroom apartment accommodates 4 guests (+ baby bed option) and includes:
• a large living area with dining space
• a lounge area with flat‑screen TV and a 140x190 sofa bed opening onto the terrace through wide bay windows
• a spacious open‑plan kitchen with bar area, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, 3‑burner ceramic hob, oven, hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster…)
• a hallway leading to:
• a separate suspended toilet
• a large walk‑in shower room with towel warmer, vanity unit, mirror and storage
• a beautiful air‑conditioned bedroom with bay window opening onto the terrace, large wardrobe, 160x190 bed (baby bed available on request with supplement), bedside tables and chest of drawers
On the terrace: dining area, new plancha, sun loungers and two outdoor lounges.
The sea view is frontal from one lounge and lateral from the rest of the terrace.
All bay windows have electric shutters and awnings.

The 10x4 m salt‑treated pool offers a 180° sea view and 180° mountain view, unique on the south shore, accessible from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Pool towels are provided.
Furniture and mattresses are set up every morning and cleaned every evening, with your towel dried.
A night session until 10 p.m. is offered with soft lighting and Corsican music.
Facilities include:
• relaxation area with sunbeds, mattresses, side tables and parasol
• working area with high‑speed fiber WiFi, bar table, bar chairs and parasol
• lounge area with cushions
• solar shower

The neighborhood

You will be the only guests on the property.
Space, tranquility, views, equipment and your fully independent accommodation are exclusively for you, ensuring an unforgettable stay — not to mention the pool with its exceptional comfort and breathtaking panorama.

Guest access

Sea and beaches: 8 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.
Private, free parking inside the fenced property. A 50‑meter dirt path leads to the villa.

New 2023: a sea‑view pétanque court awaits you for enjoyable moments (boules provided free of charge).

Getting around

The accommodation is 15/20 minutes from Ajaccio airport and 30/35 minutes from Ajaccio port (ferries).

Other things to note

A baby kit is available on request for €65, including a real baby bed, high chair, children’s dishes, baby monitor and toys.

Your accommodation is ready for your arrival: cleaning, bed linen and towels are mandatory upon booking. Beds are made on arrival.
Iron and ironing board provided, as well as many beach accessories (chairs, parasol…).
A safe is available for your valuables.
A starter kit is provided in the kitchen and bathroom.
