The neighborhood

The mini villa is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, and pétanque.

Accommodation

The villa comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a hallway leading to:
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen with a window (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven hood, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
=> a spacious bedroom with a window overlooking the gardens, a 140x190 double bed and closet (possibility of adding a baby cot or 90x190 folding bed for a fifth person).
=> A living room with several views of the terrace and gardens, comprising a new double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, and a large closet.
=> A new shower room with a spacious walk-in shower, towel dryer, sink unit, lighted mirror, and hair dryer.
=> A new separate wall-mounted toilet.
=> A terrace shaded by a pergola where you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy your meals at the table with 6 chairs, as well as deck chairs, etc.

Guest access

Entry is via a key box system with our concierge company, which will be available if needed during your stay.
Free parking at the entrance to the residence.
Cupabia beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked path.
Restaurants are located just outside the residence.
Shops, restaurants, and water sports are a 5-minute drive away (Porto Pollo).

Transportation

Arriving by plane from Ajaccio is a 1-hour drive, or by ferry to Propriano, which is a 30-minute drive.

Other things to note

A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast in the residence parking lot during high season.

Bed linen and towels included with your reservation.

A digital book in mobile format will be available in the living room, providing information on outings, activities, practical information, and must-see addresses.

Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

High-speed Wi-Fi available for €2/day.

Minimum rental of 5 consecutive days.
